This is the end of an era of kindness, sincerity, and soul, the likes of which we'll never see again. Miss Geneva Haywood Hinson represented the truest spirit, the best and brightest of all the Hinson/Leake/McBride family. Her insight, vision for the future, desire for the betterment of her family and those around her, her warmth, her kindness, her deep intelligence, her ability to get along with others no matter what their differences, mark her as an unforgettable soul for the ages. A faithful wife, an outstanding mother whose children and grandchildren have stretched far into the world, respected and admired wherever they they go. They are her legacy, and the fact that she made everyone around her feel so good, so proud, and so loved. James McBride
