REVEREND PETER WILLIS ALEXANDER, 79 of INDIAN TRAIL, NC passed away Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Atrium Health / Union-West in Matthews, NC.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, February 11, 2023 at the Greater Gethsemane A.M.E. Zion Church, 531 Campus St., Charlotte, NC. Reverend Alexander's remains will lie in repose 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at the church prior to the service.
(Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic everyone attending the Service and Public Viewing are required to wear a mask or facial covering. Please use the Hand Sanitizing Station when entering and exiting the Funeral Home.)
Military Honors will follow immediately following the service. Interment will be held 9:00 am Monday, February 13, 2023 at the Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Blvd., Salisbury, NC.
A public viewing will be held 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Friday, February 10, 2023 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremations of Monroe, NC which is serving the Alexander, Carelock and extended families.
