MR. WILLIAM HOYLE "Bill" ELLIOTT, SR., 83 of CHARLOTTE, NC passed away Saturday, September 8, 2018 at CMC Mercy in Charlotte, NC.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Friday, September 14, 2018 at the Flag Branch Baptist Church, 2619 Old Monroe-Pageland Rd., Monroe, NC 28110. Reverend Dale S. Jordan, Pastor, Eulogist. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Monroe, NC.
A public viewing will be held 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremations of Monroe, NC, whom is serving the Elliott, Winfield and extended families.
