SOL MARIA MATIAS, 41 of WINGATE, NC died Saturday, May 31, 2014 at Carolinas Medical Center-Union, Monroe, NC.   Private Services will be held at a later date.

Maria was born Sunday, August 27, 1972 in Bronx, NY a daughter of the late  August Matias and Elba Rodriguez. She was employed as a Social Worker.

She leaves to cherish fond memories to; two daughters; Ashley Hamilton and Christine Hamilton one son; Michael Hamilton all of the home; one sister; Michelle Matias of Wingate, NC and one grandchild.  Harris Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Monroe is in charge.
