MR. OSCAR WATHERS, 83 of MONROE, NC a native of Hazelhurst, GA passed away Friday, April 3, 2026 at his home.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Saturday, April 25, 2026 at the Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church, 503 Maurice St., Monroe, NC. Mr. Weathers remains will lie in repose 10:00 am to 11:00 am prior to the service in the church sanctuary. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Monroe, NC
A public viewing will be held 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Friday, April 24, 2026 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremations of Monroe, NC which is serving the Weathers and extended families.
