MR. MELVIN HOLMES, 73 of MONROE, NC passed away Sunday, June 23, 2024 at Pruitt Health / Union Point in Monroe, NC.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Friday, June 28, 2024 at the Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church, 503 Maurice St., Monroe, NC. Mr. Holmes remains will lie in repose 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the church prior to the service.

Military Honors and Interment will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park in Monroe, NC. A public viewing will be held 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Thursday, June 27, 2024 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremations of Monroe, NC which is serving the Holmes and extended families.
