MR. JAMES "Pond" COLLINS, SR., 80 of Asheboro, NC, formerly of Mt. Gilead, NC, passed away, Wednesday, October 15, 2025 in the Randolph Health-Hospital, Asheboro, NC.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 26, 2025 at Thomasville Missionary Baptist Church, 233 Thomasville Church Rd, Mt. Gilead, NC, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
Public viewing will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025 from 1p.m. until 5 p.m. at Harris Funeral Home and Cremations of Mt. Gilead, NC.
