MR. HAROLD WINFIELD DOWNES, 88 of MONROE, NC formerly of Barbados, Caribbean passed away Monday, June 1, 2026 at Novant Health / Matthews Medical Center in Matthews, NC.
A Memorial Service in his honor will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, August 15, 2026 at the Harris Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Monroe, NC. Harris Funeral Home & Cremations of Monroe is serving the Downes, Goring and extended families. The Service will be live streamed on the Harris Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Monroe Facebook page.
