MR. GREG CLYBURN, Sr., 42 of MONROE, NC, passed away Sunday, April 17, 2016 at CHS-Union in Monroe, NC. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the Harris Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Monroe, NC, with Interment to follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Monroe.

A public viewing will be held 3:00pm to 7:00pm Friday, April 22, 2016 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Monroe, NC.

Greg was born on Tuesday, July 24, 1973, to Frontis Clyburn, Sr., and the late Willie Mae Lindsey Clyburn.

Greg received his education in the Union County School System. He loved driving trucks and collecting cars. He was a member of the DA Mixers Motorcycle Club.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Willie Mae Clyburn and a brother, John Lindsey.

Left to cherish memories are his father, Frontis Clyburn , Sr., of Monroe, NC; his companion, Willette Hailey of Monroe, NC; 3 sons, Quantaris LeDaryle Brewer of Wingate, NC, Demarion TrayQuan Crowder of Charlotte, NC and Greg Clyburn, Jr; of Monroe, NC; 2 grandsons, Kylan and King Brewer, of Monroe, NC; 5 brothers, David Singleton and William Lindsey, both of Monroe, NC, Willie Lindsey of Pageland, Frontis Clyburn, Jr., (Karen) and Maurice Clyburn ( Angie) all of Monroe, NC; 2 sisters, Cheryl Carelock (James) of Wingate, NC, and Barbara Hammond (Stevie) of Marshville, NC; 2 uncles,Tom Clyburn of Monroe, NC and Ed Clyburn of NJ; 2 aunts, Vera Mungo of Monroe, NC and Doris Lindsey of Asheboro, NC; best friend, Junior Hood, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and dear friends.
