MRS. FRANCES STARNES WALLS, 70 of MONROE, NC passed away Thursday, August 9, 2018 at the Levine & Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville, NC.
Funeral Services will be held 12:00 pm Thursday, August 16, 2018 at the Flag Branch Baptist Church, 2619 Old Pageland-Monroe Rd., Monroe, NC., with the Reverend Dale S. Jordan, Pastor, Eulogist. Interment will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park in Monroe, NC.
There will be no public viewing. Harris Funeral Home & Cremations of Monroe, NC, is serving the Walls, Starnes and extended family.
