Ethel "Bunch" (Funderburk) Robinson

MRS. ETHEL "BUNCH" FUNDERBURK ROBINSON, 83 of MONROE, NC passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Carolinas HealthCare System / Hospice of Union County in Monroe, NC.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, February 18, 2018 at the New Living Word Discipleship and Worship Center, 7513 Brooms Old Mill Rd., Waxhaw, NC 28173. where she was a member, with the Apostle Merv T. Massey, Pastor, Eulogist.  Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Monroe, NC.

Born in Lancaster County, SC, Sunday, July 1, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Casson  and Addie Horton Funderburk. "Bunch" , as she was so fondly called,  was also preceded in death by her Husband; Charlie E. Robinson, Siblings; Juanita Funderburk Clinton and Baby Brother Funderburk.

She leaves to cherish fond and loving memories to her children; Emily Loreen Moore of Buffalo, NY, Alberta Wilson of Monroe, NC, Loretta Horton (Larry) of Houston, TX, Vanessa Covelgeal of Bronx, NY, Rufus White, Jr. of Tallahassee, FL, Step daughter; Charlene R. Morrison (Rev. Robert) of Waxhaw, NC. She was raised with three cousins; Carl Funderburk, Vergleen Brooks and Linda Mungo as sisters and brothers. 24 Grandchildren including special grandsons; Clifford White and Kelly Moore, 40 Great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A public viewing will be held 11:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremations of Monroe, NC.
