MR. CECIL KELVIN HORNE, JR., 58 of TROY, NC, passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill, NC.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, July 28, 2024 at St. Stephens United Church of God, 518 South Main St., Troy, NC. Visitation will be held 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm at the church prior to the service. Military Honors and Interment will follow in the Freeman Hill Cemetery in Troy, NC.
A public viewing will be held 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Saturday, July 27, 2024 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremations of MT. Gilead, NC which is serving the Horne and extended families.
