BABY FANCII De'VAYA NICOLE FRAZIER, Infant daughter of Frederick Frazier and Whitney DuBose of Monroe, NC passed away Friday, May 12, 2017 at CHS Union in Monroe, NC.
A Graveside Service will be held 11:00 am Thursday, May 18, 2017 at the Meltonville Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 15482 White Store Rd., Peachland, NC 28133. Survivors other than her parents are three siblings; Jamie Dijon Hamilton, Ja Sharri Demetris Hamilton and Ja Shyia Danielle Hamilton, Paternal Grandmother; Melissa Frazier, Paternal Great-grandmother; Mary Armwood, Maternal Grandparents; Craven and Rosyln Sturdivant Dubose, Maternal Great-grandmother; Queen Sturdivant and a host of Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
