Mr. Alvin Jasper Horne, 80 of Lynchburg, Virginia, formerly of Troy, NC, passed away this morning in the Lynchburg General Hospital, Lynchburg, VA.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced by Harris Funeral Home and Cremations of Mt. Gilead, NC, who is serving the Horne, Bell and extended families.
