Great sympathy from the both of us. I like to thank the family for sharing him with us for so many years.  He has helped me in so many ways, without the Lord and him i don't know how i would have gotten through a lot of my problems. I can truly say we have lost a great jewel, and then again we haven't lost him because we know where he is at Harris Boulevard.

The Harris family are in my prayers. The only pastor and First Lady that I only truly remember.  Rev. Harris was truly a wise man and loved the Lord. And if we all want to see him again we know where he is. He is on Harris Blvd. waiting on us.I know we are sad, because he his not here physically, but he will always live in our hearts, but find peace in knowing that where he is he is at peace and happy. We all know where he made his home.

Dr. Harris was a man of great faith. We know he was sent to us by God. We cherish the memories that he leaves us, be we have to let him go. Heaven was waiting for him, but it no longer has to wait. We love you all.

Dear Family,
I've known Rev. Harris for many years and admired him very much.  I learned of his passing only a few days ago and was saddened to hear of it.  Please know that my husband, Ivory, and I will keep you in our prayers; also know that the peace of God will continue to be with you at this sorrowful time.
