I just can't grasp this tragedy. I will always remember his big beautiful smile, his kind words and love for others. To the Love of his Life and his Beautiful daughter, you have my deepest sympathy and Love, to his sisters and brothers I pray you will all love one another as he loved everyone. To Mom, God knows this is hard for you, but be strong and know that God is with you always. To all friends and family, I hope you will continue to hold him near and dear to your hearts and continue to lift his loved ones up, be it a prayer, a visit, a phone call, or whatever, just continue being REAL... Respect. Everything. Avenue. Loved

This picture and his contagious smile is how I’ll ALWAYS remember my beautiful dear friend! He was always a pleasure to be around, and I’m so fortunate that we were able to remain in contact throughout the years. Whether we were meeting up in our hometown of Monroe, or he was here in Philadelphia visiting... it was always a great time! He brought so much joy to so many people. My deepest condolences are with his family and loved ones throughout this difficult time. I know that myself and so many others are thankful for his time here on earth and for the impact that he’s had and will continue to have on our lives. Heavenly Father, I know that you alone can heal the broken hearted and bring joy out of pain. I pray that all will find strength to CELEBRATE HIS LIFE! May he forever Rest In Peace. He’s gone, but shall never be forgotten!

It's hard to grasp that this young man is gone. I didn't know him as well as most but his father "Abby" was a friend of mine and former neighbor. I felt the presence of his father every time i saw him and his kindness and warm spirit will be missed. Continued prayers to the family.

Avenue was a great, peacefully hearted guy full of life. I was blessed to be able to call him a friend. Everytime I had a conversation with him or waited on his table, he always gave me sone type motivation on my daily life cyle. Sad to say life is full of questions of questions, on why.
