I have a sister about the same age as Brenda and I can't imagine losing her so I empathize with how deeply saddened the family is during this time. Please know that "the God of all comfort" (2 Cor 1:3) knows your pain and you can count on him to help you with the strength to endure. I know it will be hard, but reliance on Him will help you all get through this. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

My deepest sympathy in the loss of your beloved family member. When a loved one falls asleep in death it grieves the heart. The Bible has beautiful and comforting words to help cope with the grief and sadness. Psalm 147:3 says: He (God) heals the brokenhearted; He binds up their wounds. And the promise for the future at Revelation 21:4; And he (God) will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. May these scriptures comfort you during this time of bereavement.

Today is May 23rd 2017. I am full of grief not knowing my friend past until today. We were the same age. Our Birthdays were in the same month. My sincere sympathy to Ervin and the entire family. May God continue to watch over you all. Love you all.
