CONDOLENCE

Servant of God, well done! Thy glorious warfare past.
The battle is fought, the race is won, and thou art crowned at last.

In Loving Memory of Mrs. Minnie Lee Massey Crowder

To Sister Faye Crowder-Phillips and the entire family of Mrs. Minnie Lee Crowder

The members of the Philadelphia District of the New York/Washington Region of the Seventh Episcopal District of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church entrust you to the care and keeping of the one who is from everlasting to everlasting, and we leave this tribute in Sister Crowder’s memory:

“There is no night without a dawning
No winter without a spring
And beyond the dark horizon
Our hearts will once more sing . . .
For those who leave us for a while
Have only gone away
Out of a restless, care worn world
Into a brighter day.”

by Helen Steiner Rice

TO THE FAMILY, We urge you to look to the hills from whence cometh your help for God is our comforter in times of despair. “Jehovah himself is caring for you! He is your defender. He protects you day and night. He keeps you from all evil, and preserves your life. He keeps his eyes upon you as you come and go, and always guards you” (Psalm 121:5-8, The Living Bible).

We realize that your loss is deep and your grief is great, but please know that we share in your sorrow. Remember, God is your refuge and strength!

Humbly submitted on this 21st day of January, 2017
