MR. HAYWOOD "Bolo"  BARRINO, JR., 57 of MARSHVILLE, NC,  passed away Friday, May 13, 2016 at Novant Health/Matthews Medical Center, Matthews, NC.  

Funeral Services will be held 3:00pm Saturday, May 21, 2016, at the Wingate Community Church of God, 5312 Monroe-Ansonville Rd., Wingate, NC 28174. Reverend Dr. Mary K. Thomas, pastor will be the eulogist.  Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.

 A public viewing will be held 1:00pm to 7pm Friday, May 20, 2016 at Harris Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Monroe, NC,

" Bolo", as he was fondly called by family and friends,  was born on Tuesday, September 30, 1958, in Union County, NC,  to Odessa Wright Barrino and the late Haywood Barrino, Sr.  Bolo  was a loving husband, father/uncle, son, brother and friend.  He was a student at Forest Hill High School until grade 12.  He was employed at ATI Allvac from 1996 until his death. 

 He was preceded in death by his father Haywood Barrino, Sr., two brothers, Jason Barrino and Veron Barrino; mother-in-law, Eva Chambers Roland, brother-in-law, Ronnie Roland; two sisters-in-law, Gabby Roland and Wanda Roland Montgomery.

" Bolo" leaves to cherish loving and fond memories to his wife of 23 years, Linda Roland Barrino of the home; two daughters, Raven Roland of Wingate, NC and Shanice Little of Monroe, NC; one grandson, Cree Parker Roland of the home; his mother, Odessa Wright Barrino of Marshville, NC; his father-in-law, Johnnie "Jake" Roland of Wingate, NC; three sisters, Katha Barrino of Monroe, NC, Diane Barrino of Marshville, NC and Alberta Wilson of Monroe, NC; one brother, Calvin Barrino (Angela) of Monroe, NC; five brothers-in-law, Johnathan Roland (Colette) of Waxhaw, NC, J.C. Roland of Wingate, NC, Brian Taylor (Dawn) of Pageland, SC, Joe Knotts of Albemarle, NC and Lewis Montgomery of Lancaster, SC; best friend, Charles Simpson of Wingate, NC; special friends, Veronica and Dewana; 12 nieces, 2 great-nieces, 9 nephews, 3 great-nephews, and a host of other extended family and friends.

To Aunt O'dessa & Linda, brothers, sisters and children, So sorry for this loss but know and understand that Bolo is in a better place. He is with the angels looking down and watching over us all, along with Uncle Haywood. Love to the family. Chantal Gooden & immediate family.

I am so sorry for your loss! May God wrap his loving arms around you and hold your during this time. I pray for strength, and patient during this time and in the days to come.
