My prayers and sympathies to the family. As a member of American legion Post 92 in Mt. Gilead I will miss Harvey very much as will all of our members. He was a very valuable member of our post. Harvey was a very special guy who I grew to like a lot. I enjoyed talking and kidding with him. May he rest in peace.

My prayers goes out to the entire Thomas family. Harvey was a former co-worker of mine. I met him in April of 1977 at Alcoa Badin Works, and we became true friends. He will truly be missed! Gone but not forgotten! Rest in Heaven! Harvey

My deepest condolences to the family. We can always look to the Bible for comfort during these difficult times. God promises us at Revelation 21:3-4 that he, “ will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away”. May God comfort your family in your time of sorrow, as we await God’s promise that soon we will be able to see them again once they are resurrected according to John 5:28-29. With deepest sympathy.
